Description
Addertongue’s debut album, Far Is Near, is an expansive sonic journey inspired by psychedelia and vintage electronic music. Guest musicians from across North America create shimmering melodies and Technicolor freakouts, inspired by dreams, visions, vast landscapes, and deep space. These evocative landscapes are sculpted using analogue synthesizers, spaced-out guitars, dirty organs, acoustic drums, field recordings, and more.
Far Is Near takes us to all these places and back again, reminding us that such realms connect us all…and are closer than we think.
